As Company Restaurant Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to provide lunch and other meals for our colleagues, customers and visitors. After going over the planning for the day, you will prepare fresh sandwiches, soup and hot lunch dishes with your colleagues leading up to lunch. Together with the team, you put together the weekly menu, managing the company restaurant stock and taking care of ingredient purchasing. You will also be the point of contact for catering for special occasions, such as anniversary receptions and breakfast sessions. Your talent goes beyond just the kitchen, however, because together with your team you will also make sure that the company restaurant and meeting rooms look neat on a daily basis and that the coffee machines are stocked.
In addition, you will be engaged in:
- Daily management of the team and point of contact for the organization;
- Budget monitoring and making investment proposals;
- Ensuring a changing assortment and making proposals for any price adjustments;
- Making and monitoring agreements made with suppliers;
- Organizing fun activities for colleagues and proactively thinking about revenue increasing initiatives and presentations.
