As a Project Manager, your biggest challenge lies in working within an international, multidisciplinary technical environment. Specifically, you will manage projects and programs for an American Retailer. Your project team may consist of 5-20 engineers, working together to create impactful technical solutions. You are the driving force connecting the team and leading the project to success. You will communicate directly with the client, define the context and scope, and translate abstract needs into tangible results—often at a fast pace.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing complex (technical) projects with high impact;
- Actively engaging with the client to understand and translate their needs and wishes into solutions;
- Delivering various projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards;
- Motivating and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team (Mechanical, Software, Hardware, Robotics, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Production);
- Managing technical and financial project risks and aligning with the client.
