What do we expect?

  • At least a completed mbo education and experience within the hospitality/catering or similar sector;
  • Compliance with HACCP and Commodities Act (hygiene codes);
  • Good communication skills in Dutch, both verbal and written;
  • You are hospitable, sociable, flexible and have an eye for hygiene and cleanliness;
  • You are available 20 hours a week, preferably from Monday to Wednesday. In the absence of one of the other team members, you may be asked to work other days/times.

For our pleasant company restaurant, we are looking for an enthusiastic employee who makes our colleagues happy every day with a tasty lunch and a smile. Do you like variety, do you enjoy working in a team and do you like to roll up your sleeves? Then read on quickly!

You like to be active: a working day with lots of walking, standing and occasional lifting is no problem for you.
With your guest-oriented attitude and flexible attitude, you and the other team members (5) make sure everything runs smoothly. You have an eye for what needs to be done, set the right priorities and always keep an overview. Thanks to your efforts, everyone feels welcome and every visit to our company restaurant is a success.

Your tasks include:

  • Catering lunches and other meals we offer to colleagues, customers and visitors;
  • Catering during special occasions, such as anniversary receptions, farewell receptions, breakfast sessions, etc.;
  • Operating the cash register;
  • Refilling, cleaning and cleaning the coffee machines;
  • Cleaning the meeting rooms between meetings.

This will be your day

8:00 No day is the same. This is an example of what your working day could look like. The coordinator discusses the planning for the day with you and the team. Then you quickly get to work.
11:00 Time for a well-earned break. You have lunch together with your colleagues and take some time to catch up.
13:00 Lunch for employees and visitors is in full swing. You make sure everything runs smoothly. Afterwards, everything is tidied up and cleaned.
15:00 Now there is space to take on other tasks, such as extra cleaning or preparing for the next day, for example setting up meeting rooms.
16:15 The day has flown by. Sometimes there is still an evening meal to be prepared. Is that not the case? Then your working day is over and you go home feeling satisfied.
