Do you see yourself as the driving force within a project team and do you like arranging and organizing? Would you like to work for an organization where you have the opportunity to pioneer and work with the team to build great projects for great customers? Then we would like to invite you for a cup of coffee and a nice tour on our site!

As Project Coordinator, your main challenge is to make every project a success together with the team. You will work with a project team that assembles, tests and delivers impressive automated machines for our customers in logistics. A new business consisting of smart robotic solutions and demanding automation. Think vision systems, product handling and gripper technology. You play a crucial role as the first point of contact on the shop floor and with the customer. You work closely with a talented team of engineers and programmers from various disciplines. You are the link between the orders, drawings and concepts and discuss these with the Project Manager and Engineers. From the start-up phase to implementation and aftercare, you are involved in one or more projects. You draw up a detailed plan and carefully plan how many and which colleagues are needed when for implementation. Everything for the most efficient course of a project.

In addition, you will be engaged in:

  • Coordinating and controlling the delivery of parts and subassemblies from the warehouse;
  • Assessing the quality of work; thanks to your technical content knowledge and commitment, you will contribute solutions to any problems;
  • Keeping track of changes and organizing necessary inspections and tests.

This will be your day

7:30 A meeting with various team members takes place on the project every morning. Work, schedule and challenges are discussed here after which you will get to work with the team. This can be either assembling or commissioning a machine.
11:00 As Project Coordinator you have a desk at the project. Here you take care of calling up materials, making a detailed plan and assessing and if necessary adjusting the planning and required capacity. When colleagues run into problems they come to you and together you solve it. Improvements are discussed with the engineers. You work with improvement tickets and an open issue list.
13:30 After lunch in our company restaurant, you and the team need to do takeaways to check quality. You also contact the project team at the customer's to check on progress. A few weeks a year you will be there yourself.
16:00 It is already time to clean up. You work according to the 5S methodology. Together you ensure that the workplace is tidy around the machine(s) so that you can start the next working day fresh.
16:15 You're done working, it's time to go home.
