As a Mechatronics Technician you are the key figure in assembling our automated machines. Whether you are working on individual welding cells or complex automated production lines, your contribution is essential to their success.

What do we expect?

  • A completed technical MBO Level 4 qualification and several years of experience to successfully handle our challenging projects;
  • Experience as a lead or senior technician in a similar environment where you have also carried out preparatory or supervisory work is considered an advantage;
  • The ability to quickly diagnose and resolve faults and technical issues;
  • Strong communication skills, and being able to speak English or German is considered an advantage;
  • Willingness to travel for eight to ten weeks per year. Prefer to travel more? This can always be discussed.

As a Mechatronics Technician you play a crucial role in our team. With your expertise you handle both the electrical and mechanical assembly of components, sensors, cabling and subsystems within our advanced machines for the automotive industry. You work to the highest quality standards and always strive for perfection, because that is what we stand for.

With your eye for detail you ensure that all necessary materials are available at the workstation so that the workflow runs smoothly. You also guide technicians within your discipline, contribute to planning and support new colleagues as they settle into their roles.

You work across a wide range of projects, from individual welding cells to highly complex automated production lines. This variety ensures continuous technical challenge.

Together with an enthusiastic project team made up of different disciplines you ensure that our machines are transported flawlessly and successfully commissioned at customer locations all over the world. This will be your day

7:30 You begin your day with a morning meeting on the project. Together with the project team you discuss the tasks and challenges for the day before starting work on building the machines.
11:00 Time to prepare for an external assignment. After a short catch up with the project team you gather the required materials and prepare them for shipment.
13:00 After your break you discover an issue that could delay the progress of the project. You discuss it with the Project Coordinator, create a ticket describing the issue and follow up on it.
16:00 The day has flown by. You tidy your workspace so that you can start the next day fresh.
16:15 Time to wash your hands and head home.
