This is only possible through conducting research into various possibilities within the booming world of technology, and for that, we are looking for you! In this way, you can apply your theoretical knowledge to our challenging practical assignments.

Graduating @AWL

At AWL, we believe that training and education is extremely important. So every year we work with more than 60 motivated and enthusiastic students from MBO to HBO (Dutch middle level vocational to higher professional education). We find it important that you gain relevant practical experience and develop yourself further within your field. Together, we will look for a suitable graduation project that suits your needs and that has immediate value for our organization. Your assignment always contributes to the further development of AWL!

What can you expect of AWL?

Within the organization, you are considered a full-fledged colleague. We offer you a challenging workplace in a high-tech environment, which makes a claim on your creativity and development. To make you soon feel at home, you will be assigned a buddy for your entire graduation period. This colleague shows you the ropes in the organization and challenges you to get the most out of yourself.

Essentials for success

Of course, during your graduation period you will receive everything you need to be successful:

  • A great start with a plenary introduction program
  • Proper support and room for autonomy
  • Laptop, safety shoes, workwear etc.
  • Lunch meetings with fellow trainees and fun outings with our Staff Association
  • And of course, appropriate compensation!

Career opportunities

In addition to your buddy and close colleagues who are always there for you, you also have contact with HR and Recruitment during your graduation period. We are curious to know how you develop further. Towards the end of your graduation period, you will therefore have a final interview with our recruiter to exchange experiences and of course to discuss possible ensuing career opportunities within AWL. For example, for motivated technical talents we developed have a technical traineeship.
