What do we expect?

An MBO level 4 diploma in Electrical Engineering or a similar field;
Reading E‑plan drawings comes naturally to you;
You are able to quickly identify and resolve faults and technical issues;
Experience as an electrician/mechanical fitter in a similar environment, including assembly as well as preparatory and/or supervisory tasks;
Willingness to travel internationally, with good command of both Dutch and English (German is a plus), and strong communication skills.

As an Automotive Electrician, you play a crucial role within our team. You coordinate electricians within your own discipline, actively contribute to planning and support new colleagues in their onboarding. With your eye for detail, you ensure that all required materials are available at the workplace, allowing work to run smoothly.

In addition, you are responsible for the electrical assembly of components, sensors and cabling in our advanced automotive machines. You always strive for perfection and work according to the highest quality standards. You will work on a wide range of projects, from single welding cells to complex automated production lines. This variety ensures continuous challenge and development in your work.

In this role, you will carry a high level of responsibility and work within strict quality requirements. At the same time, we understand that no one masters everything from day one. Do you recognise yourself in this role but feel you still lack experience in certain areas? Then we would be happy to have an open conversation with you. Even if you have a few years of experience as an Electrician and the ambition to grow further, this role could be a great fit for you.

And that’s not all! Together with an enthusiastic project team consisting of multiple disciplines, you ensure our machines are transported flawlessly and successfully commissioned at customer locations worldwide. This will be your day

	7:30	You start the day with a morning briefing on the project. Together you discuss the tasks and challenges ahead. A new colleague has joined, whom you will help guide today.
	11:00	Time to prepare for an external assignment. After a short meeting with the project team, you collect the required materials and prepare them for shipment.
	13:00	After your break, a colleague identifies an issue that may affect project progress. They discuss it with you, and you advise on the next steps.
	16:00	The day has flown by and it’s time to tidy up. You make sure the workplace is organised so you can start fresh the next day.
	16:15	Time to wash up and head home!
