Your biggest challenge as a Project Manager at AWL? Working in an international, multidisciplinary environment where you have to deal with a variety of factors and parameters. Since every project has its challenging aspects and risks, you are the connecting force that leads the project team to success. From strategy to execution, from concept to final result. With the ultimate goal of a satisfied customer and project team. In cooperation with the team and based on your technical expertise, you set the course and manage multiple projects in different phases for clients all over the world.
Furthermore you are responsible for:
- Delivering various projects within time, budget and according to the set quality requirements;
- Motivating and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team (Mechanical, Software, Hardware, Robotics);
- Actively manage contracts and ensure transparent and verifiable agreements;
- Managing technical and financial risks of the projects and coordinating with the customer.
