  • A fluent English level

This will be your day

8:00 After a cup of coffee and discussing the weekend, you get to work full of energy! You have the freedom to carry out your work and check your agenda for this week.
10:00 You consider the vacancy intake an essential part of the recruitment and selection process. You have a conversation with the hiring manager about the challenges of the position to be started. You ask the critical questions and create clarity about the requirements and procedure.
13:00 After a nice lunch you start writing a catchy vacancy text that stimulates your target group in the right way and in which you are transparent about the expectations and competences. In the meantime you already think about the sourcing and approach strategy!
15:00 You have blocked time to sourcing candidates. You build search strings and look for common ground between all the information found. You build talent pools for different positions and use various channels to do so, from LinkedIn to our ATS system etc.
16:45 You call your candidate with good news after the interviews! You've listened carefully and determined where your focus should be to meet his or her needs. Then you send the offer, prepared with the hiring manager, in a unique template to the candidate. Together you agree on a follow-up.
