As a Global SHEQ Manager you are responsible for implementing, maintaining and continuous improvement of the business system for quality management (QMS) and the health, safety and environmental care (HSE) within the AWL Group. 

What are you going to do?
As a Global SHEQ Manager you are responsible for QMS and HSE. The growth of AWL requires a global SHEQ approach, for the benefit of our business development. The future QMS and HSE system must contribute to transparency and an safe way of working for every employee, to realize projects in an effective and efficient way within the AWL Group. The operational units of the AWL Group need a global SHEQ partner who understands, challenges and adequately realizes their goals. 

You are a visionary and strategic thinker, with the experience to set up a SHEQ-roadmap. In addition, you have the skills to implement this operationally. By implementing and managing our business processes, you will ensure that the quality will be remained. 

You determine if our products meet local government and industry regulations. 
You will ensure that the ISO multi-site certificate is rolled out and maintained. You will maintain an effective continuous improvement processes. By developing and maintaining the safety standards, instructions and toolboxes on a global level, you support safe working for every employee and a safety culture within the global organization.
Together with the SHEQ Manager AWL NL you will create a problem-solving strategy to improve our business. 

What do we expect from you? 
You have proven experience in a similar organization. You have a bachelor’s degree and knowledge of the relevant regulations concerning safety and quality. The ability to influence people is a requirement for this function. 
Having skills in auditing and knowledge of the ISO 9001 Standards are key. In an improvement process you are quality orientated.  
You have good communicative (both verbal and written) and social skills and are willing to travel abroad.
