What will be your role?
You will be the business partner to our customers. You will build up a sales team which will serve our customers in the Chinese Automotive market. Inspiring and motivating team members is within your nature. You will manage the entire sales process from business opportunities to operational projects of high tech machines. You will coordinate requests for quotations and strategically develop our accounts. In this role you need to be creative, have self-confidence and a strong character, all of which fit the name, reputation and leading position of AWL-Techniek. You are a strong negotiator, who will put the needs of our costumers first and will respond and anticipate in a distinguished manor.

What do we expect from you?

  • Proven successful commercial experience of 5-10 years in the field of welding- or robotics technique, or the Tier 1 automotive segment, or a combination of above-mentioned;
  • M.Sc. or BA degree in Engineering or Business is a plus;
  • Fluent in English and Chinese;
  • You life in Wuxi area, in China
  • Strong personality who is aiming for maximum results and effectiveness;
  • Good communication skills.
